Vikings: Valhalla: battles guaranteed – Netflix shows first recordings

“Vikings” only ended in December, but Netflix has already presented the first recordings of the offshoot “Vikings: Valhalla” to fans.

Walhalla is casting its shadow: The series “Vikings” on Amazon Prime only came to an end last December. If you haven’t seen the final episodes yet, you should hurry, because the streaming service will soon kick them out again. Competitor Netflix, on the other hand, is working on new Viking content. The offshoot “Vikings: Valhalla” has been in the works for months and filming is in full swing. Now the first video about the spin-off has even been published.

“Vikings: Valhalla” – First recordings

Shortly after the end of “Game of Thrones”, “Vikings” blossomed into a real successor in terms of brutality and surprising deaths. Whether Ragnar, Lagertha and Bjorn – none of the protagonists survived the series. The first clip shows that people also die in the offshoot. You can see recordings of the shooting. The making-of, on the other hand, is economical with the characters, hardly anything of which is shown.

The video was presented by Netflix during Geeked Week. At the virtual fan event from June 7th to 11th, everything revolves around the Netflix universe for five days. On its homepage, the streaming service promises “a wide range of exclusive news, new trailers, appearances by celebrities and much more”, all available free of charge on the well-known social media platforms.
